All of the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during checkout. If you do not want to order all of the items shown, simply edit your shopping cart before completing checkout. When you click "Pay Now," we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Pay Now."
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request; however, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and Handling
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more; orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $7. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing plus up to 7 business days for standard delivery via UPS SurePost or USPS. Overnight and 2 day shipping options are also available at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Unworn merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or exchanged within 60 days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 60 days. Orders over $50 qualify for free returns. Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate a return - if your order qualified for a free return, we'll email you a return label at that time. You can also bring your return into one of our stores. For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and we'll process a refund for the original order when we receive the item(s).
Sale items can be exchanged for other sale items by contacting us within 3 days of delivery. No refunds will be provided for sale items. Items purchased at sale price are not eligible for price adjustments. Items ending in $.97 are final sale.
Order Status and Package Tracking
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number in your shipment notification email. You can check the status of your delivery by clicking the link in your shipment notification email or by entering the tracking number into the carrier's tracking application .
