We work hard to make sure everything about your Hammer Made experience is amazing. If there's anything we can do to make it even better, let us know!
All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart before clicking "Checkout." When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call 877-347-8148 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request; however, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We use UPS SurePost (average 5-7 business days for delivery). Shipping is free on all orders of $75 or more. UPS SurePost shipping rates apply on orders less than $75, varying based on distance and weight. Please contact Hammer Made if you need to receive your purchase sooner.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, we accept returns for a full refund on merchandise within 30 days of purchase for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. To initiate a return by mail, please email us at email@example.com. Please be aware return shipping is not provided. You can also bring your return into one of our stores.
Half Time sale purchases are eligible for exchange only by contacting us within 3 days of delivery. Items ending in $.99 and all outlet styles are final sale.
ORDER STATUS AND PACKAGE TRACKING
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a delivery confirmation number in your shipment notification email. You can check the status of your delivery by entering the package number into the UPS tracking application at https://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
While we want to share information about Hammer Made with you on a regular basis, we promise not to be a bother. If ever you are receiving unwanted information simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877-347-8148.
